By using AutomizeOS, you agree to these Terms of Service. Please read them carefully.
Use of the Platform
AutomizeOS grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the platform for your internal business operations. You may not resell, sublicense, or use the platform for any unlawful purpose.
Subscriptions & Billing
Subscriptions are billed monthly or annually. You may cancel at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. No refunds are issued for partial months except within the 14-day money-back guarantee window.
Data Ownership
You retain full ownership of all data you import or generate within AutomizeOS. Upon cancellation, we provide a full export within 48 hours.
Limitation of Liability
AutomizeOS is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our total liability is limited to the amount paid in the 12 months prior to the claim.
